Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective leads in domestic and international markets. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team. Understand and effectively communicate Brainium’s service offerings (web/mobile development, digital marketing, etc.). Maintain a strong follow-up system to engage prospects and build rapport. Work closely with the Business Development team to develop and refine lead generation strategies. Maintain and update lead details, contact history, and follow-up status in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot). Research target industries, decision-makers, and client pain points to customize communication. Meet weekly/monthly targets for qualified leads and call volume. Collaborate with marketing to run campaigns, gather lead feedback, and improve conversion strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, or inside sales , preferably in the IT/Software industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of web/mobile development, digital marketing, and IT solutions. Comfortable using calling tools, CRM platforms, and LinkedIn for outreach.
