We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our US B2C campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating high-quality leads, and nurturing them through the initial stages of the sales funnel. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach to generate qualified B2C leads for the US market. Understand consumer needs and present product/service offerings that match their interests. Schedule appointments or live transfers to the sales/closing team. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies. Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for leads and conversions. Follow up with warm leads through appropriate channels to maximize conversion potential. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a neutral or American accent. Proven experience in US B2C lead generation or telemarketing is preferred. Comfortable working during US business hours (night shifts IST). Ability to handle objections and build rapport with potential customers.
