Lead Engineer - Piping

· To effectively manage a team of piping designers and draftsman.

• Bid, FEED and Detail design phase of piping activities need to be performed.

• To deliver piping deliverable by coordinating with other engineering disciplines.

• Preparation of piping layout in accordance with process inputs, design basis, contractual technical conditions and industry codes and standards.

• Should be able to understand common equipment and routing of all major process and utility piping in accordance with P&IDs and project standards, including the understanding of impact of specific service conditions on piping design.

• To organize inputs and supervise for preparation General layout, Equipment layout, Key plans, support design, Isometrics and MTO.

• To produce and check common piping deliverable including isometrics, piping GA's, tie-in details and plot plans.

• To attend the model review session (30/60/90) and preparing corresponding CRS.

Skill Sets Required : • Observational and Analytical skills • Written and verbal communication skills • Drafting skills. Knowledge of 3D applications such as S3D, E3D, CADWorx would be an added advantage.

Education Level (Minimum) : BE

Education Level (Preferable) : BE Mechanical

Minimum Experience Years : 10

Maximum Experience Years : 15

Other Specs (Companies / Colleges / Language(s)) : Technically strong resource with good academic and professional experience preferably from major EPCs.
