Lead DevOps Engineer

The company is looking for an experienced and motivated DevOps Lead to join their team. As a DevOps Lead, you will be responsible for driving the DevOps strategy, optimizing infrastructure, and leading a team of DevOps engineers. Your role will involve managing infrastructure on cloud platforms, overseeing Linux systems administration, implementing monitoring solutions, ensuring security and compliance, automating workflows, managing containerized applications, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, mentoring team members, handling incident management, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps or related roles with leadership responsibilities. Strong proficiency in Linux systems administration, experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), networking knowledge, proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages, expertise in Docker and Kubernetes, experience with version control, familiarity with monitoring tools, proven ability in building CI/CD pipelines, and excellent problem-solving skills are required. Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications in AWS, Google, or Azure DevOps, knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks, demonstrated leadership skills, and a passion for promoting DevOps methodologies. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
