Key Responsibilities of theMarketing Manager:
Leads the hotel s marketingstrategy, ensuring alignment with the brand s positioning and commercialobjecties.
Deelops and executesmarketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms to drieawareness, bookings, and guest engagement.
Collaborates closely withSales, Reenue, and Operations teams to support business growth and ensurecohesie messaging.
Monitors and analyzesmarketing performance, proiding insights and recommendations to improecampaign effectieness and ROI.
Manages external partners andagencies, ensuring high-quality deliery of creatie assets and campaigns.
Oersees the hotel s digitalpresence, including website content, SEO, local listings, and online reputationmanagement.
Dries brand consistency,ensuring all materials reflect our identity and inspire trust and loyalty amongguests.
Coordinates PR and mediaactiities, engaging local influencers, press, and partners to tell our storyin fresh, exciting ways.
Champions guest-centricmarketing, understanding the customer journey to enhance touchpoints anddelier memorable moments.
Implements marketing budget,controlling spend while maximizing exposure and return.
Requirements of the MarketingManager:
Proen experience inhospitality or lifestyle brand marketing with strong digital knowledge
Creatiity and commercialacumen with the ability to translate ision into impactful campaigns
Excellent project managementand organizational skills, with attention to detail
Passion for brandstorytelling and a guest-focused approach
Strong communication andinterpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all leels
Experience in using analyticstools, CRM systems, and marketing platforms
Ability to thrie in adynamic, fast-paced enironment
