Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month

Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Role Overview:

We are seeking a confident and communicative executive who will manage incoming leads from JustDial and other channels, understand client requirements, and convert inquiries into confirmed orders for our photography, videography, and production services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and respond to incoming calls from JustDial leads.

• Understand the caller’s event requirements and explain relevant services offered by Memow.

• Provide pricing details, packages, and service information to the customer.

• Maintain lead records, update call status, and follow-up with interested clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding post-order confirmation.

• Maintain daily logs of incoming calls and conversion metrics.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Fluency in Hindi/Bengali and English preferred).

• Basic knowledge of photography and videography services is a plus.

• Ability to multitask and handle client conversations confidently.

• Strong sales or lead conversion mindset.

• Basic computer/data entry skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+2 or equivalent.

• Previous experience in customer support, tele-calling, or sales (preferred, not mandatory).
