Lead and coordinate the design and development of architectural projects. Translate client needs and business objectives into innovative design solutions. Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed designs using CAD, BIM, or other design tools. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Ensure designs comply with local regulations, building codes, safety standards, and sustainability requirements. Supervise and mentor junior architects, designers, and technical staff. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, planners, contractors, and stakeholders.
