Should be familiar with Networking stuff and tools like IPCS, TOP, tcpdump, nmap, Wireshark, SSH, Telnet, SMTP, netstat, etc. Experience in ITIL Process flow. Handing Major Incidents, Customer Escalations, Identifying root cause & Preparing RCA, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Engineering of systems administration-related solutions for various projects and operational needs. Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes. Strong work experience in Veritas Clusters. Experience in Ansible playbook creation, roles and managing the AAP. Experience in Redhat Satellite environment. (1.)
