Laptop & Desktop Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Laptop & Desktop Service Engineer to join our team. As an authorized service provider for top global brands, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support, diagnosing and resolving system issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across our 12 service centers in Kerala. Address customer concerns with professionalism and deliver prompt technical support. Install, configure, and maintain laptops and desktops to ensure optimal system performance. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently and accurately. Maintain detailed service logs, job sheets, and reports for all work completed. Provide on-site technical support and customized solutions as per client needs. Collaborate with team members to manage tools, spare parts, and inventory effectively. Ensure compliance with company service standards and warranty procedures. Stay updated with the latest technology and service practices. Experience : 1 to 2 years experience in the Hardware field Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
