You are seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to oversee influencer identification, onboarding, and campaign execution in the APAC, EU, and UK regions. This pivotal role will play a central part in expanding Karma Groups" digital footprint through impactful and on-brand collaborations with creators. Your primary goal is to find a candidate who possesses a deep understanding of influencer landscapes in the APAC, EU, and UK regions, along with practical experience in executing influential campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a background in agencies and be adept at managing influencer sourcing, relationship-building, campaign operations, and performance reporting. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and onboarding influencers that resonate with Karma Groups" brand identity across various regions - Managing the end-to-end coordination of campaigns, encompassing briefing, content planning, timelines, and approvals - Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality influencer content (posts, reels, stories, videos) that aligns with the brand's consistency - Maintaining an organized database of influencers, campaign expenditures, deliverables, and performance metrics - Collaborating with brand and social media teams to synchronize influencer content with key brand initiatives and launches - Monitoring influencer performance metrics, contributing to post-campaign analysis, and generating reports - Negotiating barter, paid, and performance-based partnerships with influencers within defined budgets and campaign objectives - Staying updated on influencer trends, social platform modifications, and regional creator movements - Utilizing influencer marketing platforms and tools to enhance the efficiency of discovery, tracking, and outreach efforts - Cultivating enduring relationships with creators to foster brand loyalty and advocacy Qualifications include: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within an agency setting with global or regional portfolios - Certification in influencer marketing or related fields - Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and platforms - Demonstrated ability to oversee influencer campaigns across multiple markets and platforms - Comprehensive knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Threads) - Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and negotiation skills - Data-driven approach with experience in tracking campaign KPIs and ROI - Competence in influencer management platforms and tools - Self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple campaigns concurrently in a dynamic environment - A strong interest in travel, culture, and digital storytelling would be advantageous.,
