Roles and Responsibilities: The top priority of this role is to acquire new clients/customers i.e Client Acquisition. Client Acquisition; Research and identify new opportunities and generate leads. Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients. Bring new business to the organization. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level. Client Management (From requirements to payments). Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively. Conduct account mapping and planning to identify key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target accounts, and develop strategies to engage and build relationships with them. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Develop and Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. Desired Candidate Profile:- Any Graduate/PG with 3+ years relevant experience in Business Development, Client Management. - Target-driven, very committed, result oriented and dedicated. - Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.- Very enthusiastic, presentable, self-motivated with a positive attitude. - Eager to learn and grow. -Strong verbal/written communication skills. - Capable of taking initiatives on their own with minimum level of supervision.
