Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues or concerns
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to meet client needs
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and growth opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 36 years of experience in account management, sales, or client servicing
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
