You'll identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Account Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the spices segment. - Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. 2. Business Development: - Identify new business opportunities and pursue them to closure. - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth. 3. Contract Negotiation: - Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts. - Ensure contracts are aligned with company policies and goals. 4. Customer Satisfaction: - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service. Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the spices or FMCG industry. 2. Strong network and relationships with key accounts in the spices segment. 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and with cross-functional teams.
