Job Purpose: The Sales Officer will play a key role in driving sales of DeHaat Honest Farms' pesticide-free products through efficient channel management, distributor onboarding, and retail expansion. This is a high-impact role focused on revenue generation, market share growth, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Achieve sales targets (primary and secondary) for your territory Identify, onboard, and manage distributors Monitor stockist inventory and optimize supply chain Drive performance of promoters and expand outlet reach Manage financial reconciliations, claims, and outstanding balances Ensure timely reporting via SFA tools Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners Eligibility & Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably General Trade) Proven ability to manage distributor and retail channels Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools Skills Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions Knowledge of FMCG sales dynamics and market trends Proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset Why Join Us?
