Role Overview

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead our secured loan business (school/college loans) in Mandsaur and Neemuch. If you have a strong DSA/connector network, deep local knowledge, and proven experience in mortgage lending — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard schools and colleges for secured loan offerings

Build and manage strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.

Manage the full loan cycle — from lead generation to disbursal

Drive business growth and meet monthly sales targets.

Ensure legal and technical due diligence in secured lending.

Qualifications

✅ Minimum 5–6 years of experience in mortgage/secured loan sales

✅ Strong network in the DSA and open market segment

✅ Deep understanding of the local geography (Mandsaur, Neemuch & nearby regions)

✅ Solid legal and technical knowledge of secured lending

✅ Ability to work independently and deliver results

✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills

💰 Compensation: Competitive CTC – Based on current package and experience
