About The Role

We’re looking for a

Junior Visual Storyteller

who can translate ideas into scroll-stopping visuals that connect with audiences instantly. This role is perfect for a designer who’s passionate about brand storytelling, social media aesthetics, and using AI tools to speed up creative workflows. You’ll be part of a fast-moving creative team focused on performance marketing for global DTC and SaaS brands.

What You’ll Do

  • Craft compelling visual narratives through static and motion graphics for Meta and Google Ads
  • Work with marketers and copywriters to translate hooks and campaign concepts into creative outputs
  • Leverage AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, and Figma plugins to accelerate design workflows
  • Maintain consistency in visual storytelling while adapting to various brand voices
  • Stay inspired by emerging trends in design, content, and culture across tech, SaaS, and DTC brands

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in visual design, brand storytelling, or creative content creation
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (bonus: After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • A strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, and storytelling through design
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI tools and new design technologies
  • Bonus: Experience with performance creatives or UGC-style visual formats
