JUNIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

About the Role:

We are seeking a Junior Structural Engineer with hands-on experience in steel structure design to join our growing engineering team. You will work on the analysis, design, and detailing of steel structures in a fast-paced, technically rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of steel structures.
• Prepare detailed design reports and drawings.
• Collaborate with CAD and detailing teams for preparation of fabrication drawings.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes.
• Assist senior engineers with project planning and client communication.
• Review vendor/shop drawings and coordinate with site/project teams.

Eligibility:

• M.Tech in Structural Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in structural steel design.
• Proficiency in tools such as STAAD.Pro, ANSYS.
• Good understanding of design codes and detailing practices.
• Strong analytical skills .

Preferred:

• Experience in offshore structures/ Marine structures.
• Exposure to international codes (IS, AISC, Eurocode, ABS, DNV etc.).
• Basic knowledge of drafting or detailing software.
