Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Human Resources Manager, located in Mumbai. The Junior Human Resources Manager will handle day-to-day HR tasks including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll administration. Responsibilities include assisting in talent acquisition processes, conducting employee orientations, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role also requires providing support in performance management processes and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
• Proficiency in Payroll Administration and maintaining Employee Records
• Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships at all levels
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar HR role is preferred
