Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to join our growing team. This role is suitable for candidates with 1 year to 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment, and an academic or professional background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for people-oriented work. Key Responsibilities: Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Communicate with candidates professionally via phone and email Support internal teams in understanding hiring requirements Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field 1 year to 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or related roles Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of the recruitment life cycle Eagerness to learn and grow in an HR career Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
