About The Role

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join a fast-growing creative team working at the intersection of AI and performance marketing. If you love creating thumb-stopping visuals, enjoy rapid experimentation, and are curious about using AI tools to enhance your workflow—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Design static and motion ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
Collaborate closely with marketers and copywriters to iterate quickly and effectively
Use AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, and Figma plugins to speed up the creative process
Keep a pulse on visual and design trends across DTC, SaaS, and tech brands
Support senior designers and contribute to building out design systems and processes

What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of experience in graphic design (performance marketing or social media is a plus)
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (bonus: After Effects, Premiere Pro)
A strong eye for layout, typography, and brand storytelling
A keen interest in AI tools and design automation
Bonus: Experience designing ads for Meta or short-form video formats
