About The Role

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the creative marketing team to create visually compelling content that aligns with brand objectives and enhances communication.
• Be a part of end-to-end design execution across various formats — including social media, internal branding, campaigns, presentations, and more.
• Design with purpose: convert brand stories and messages into impactful, easy-to-understand visuals.
• Develop platform-specific creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, reels, stories, and presentations.
• Conceptualize and create branded content for internal communication and creative sales initiatives.
• Design and edit short-form content, including InShot videos and other motion-based assets.
• Create and maintain brand-aligned pitch decks and supporting materials for sales and leadership teams.
• Build, manage, and scale reusable design assets, templates, and brand collateral.
• Contribute to the creative strategy and storytelling across major brand campaigns and events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a unified visual language across all touchpoints.
  

What We’re Looking For

• A strong eye for layout, typography, and color
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and working knowledge of Canva
• Ability to visualize ideas creatively and deliver them with speed and clarity
• Comfort with presentations - knows how to make them pop
• Quick learner, collaborative attitude, and eagerness to work in a team
• Completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Someone who knows UI/UX design
• Comes with 1- 2 years of experience
