Junior Architect

We are looking for a Licensed AutoCAD Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in architectural planning, designing, and drafting using AutoCAD, and must hold a valid architectural license (Council of Architecture registration). Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and clients for project alignment. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation. Create working drawings, elevations, sections, and structural detailing. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations. Collaborate with the construction team during execution phase. Suggest design modifications and improvements where needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university. Must be a licensed architect (COA registration is mandatory). Minimum 2–5 years of experience in architectural drafting and design. Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp, Revit (preferred), and MS Office. Strong understanding of architectural standards, construction techniques, and local bylaws. Excellent visualization, communication, and teamwork skills.
