Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, filing returns, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) in a timely manner. Record sales and purchase invoices accurately in Zoho Books. Enter and track expense vouchers and payments . Manage and reconcile inventory in Zoho Books. Prepare financial reports and account statements as required. Support the team with month-end closing and reconciliation tasks. Assist in processing payments and expense reimbursements . Maintain proper documentation and filing for financial transactions. Perform other related accounting and financial tasks as assigned. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com) . Familiar with Zoho Books or other accounting software . Knowledge of GST regulations and filing processes is desirable. Attention to detail, strong numerical ability, and organizational skills. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Life insurance Provident Fund Work from home Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Shift allowance Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
