About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
  • Ensure timely GST, TDS, and statutory filings & its Compliance
  • Maintain financial records, invoices, and ledgers
  • Balance sheet Preparation, Management of general Ledger and Trail Balance
  • Bank Transaction Categorization and books match with Bank.
  • Client Interaction for payable and Receivable
  • Prepare financial reports and MIS
  • Work extensively on ZOHO Books/Finance
  • Support internal and statutory audits

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of accounting experience
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with ZOHO
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
  • Proficient in MS Excel (Tally knowledge is a plus)
  • Post Degree in Commerce/Accounting
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
