We specialize in products such as GPS tracking devices, Smart Water Level Monitors (iTank), AWS, Auto Bell, iFace, and iHome. We are actively involved in both government and private sector projects. Job Role & Responsibilities: Installation and servicing of IoT-based devices (GPS, iTank, AWS, etc.) Attend on-site and remote service calls for technical support and troubleshooting Perform routine checks, maintenance, and documentation Coordinate with the service and R&D teams for issue resolution Provide detailed reports on service tasks and installations Ensure customer satisfaction with prompt and effective solutions Maintain proper records of service logs, materials used, and field reports Eligibility Criteria: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in EEE, ECE, Mechatronics, E&I or other electronics/electrical-related streams 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome) Willingness to learn and work in the field Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude Basic knowledge of electronic components, wiring, and circuit troubleshooting Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Health insurance Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Location Type: In-person Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Weekend availability License/Certification: Driving Licence (Preferred) Location: Tambaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Required) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 7708244436
