Role Description

This is a full-time in-office role for a Jr. Quantity Surveyor, located in Chennai. Candidate shall have The primary day-to-day tasks include preparing and analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), budegtary estimates, deriving quantities from drawings, checking quantities at site, send out enquiries to vendors, verifying quotations, preparing comparative analysis and assisting the Sr. QS Engineer.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Autocad, MS Office, MS Excel
• Experience in quantification and preparing BOQ documents
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Prior experience in the architecture or construction industry is a plus
