HR Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, coordinating interviews, onboarding)
• Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal files)
• Help in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events
• Track and report employee probation and confirmation timelines
• Support payroll processing by providing attendance and leave data
• Coordinate induction and training sessions for new joiners
• Assist in maintaining HR-related compliance and policies

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Handle facility management tasks (cleanliness, maintenance coordination, vendor follow-ups)
• Support travel and accommodation arrangements for staff/guests
• Maintain proper filing of official documents and administrative records
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (couriers, emails, calls, etc.)
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
