Your responsibilities will involve overseeing internal placements for immediate openings and cultivating internal succession pipelines. Collaborating with stakeholders is key to ensuring a seamless experience for all individuals engaging with HBR's hiring practices. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with external hiring recruiters to identify and fill open positions with qualified internal candidates. Drive the development of internal pipelines to support effective succession planning and talent mobility. Provide exceptional service to internal jobseekers. Influence positive change and encourage the adoption of HBR best practices among business leaders and their teams. Maintain accurate data integrity and cleanliness to support reliable analytics. Contribute to enhancing operational processes to improve efficiency, quality of hires, and overall employee experience ratings. Desired Profile: Requirements: Fresh graduates are preferred for this role. Demonstrated proficiency in executing and improving recruiting processes. Proven success in influencing change with business leaders and stakeholders. Strong track record of establishing effective working relationships with cross-functional teams. Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and prompt responsiveness. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is advantageous, along with solid spreadsheet skills. Minimum of a Graduate degree or evidence of exceptional ability.
