Key Responsibilities

  • Design, write, and update compelling job descriptions in line with client and internal requirements.
  • Proactively source and engage candidates using multiple channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and headhunting.
  • Craft personalized outreach emails to attract passive and high- potential candidates.
  • Screen applications, resumes, and conduct preliminary interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Administer and evaluate assessment tests (e.g., reasoning, language, numerical).
  • Promote job openings across platforms and internal communication channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role-specific needs and hiring strategies.
  • Manage offer rollouts, negotiate salaries, and clarify queries regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Track key recruiting metrics like time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and coordinate in-house recruitment drives and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 6 months 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in agency or consultancy settings.
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Familiarity with hiring for middle to senior-level roles using headhunting strategies.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple mandates and work under tight
    deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and organized approach to database and
    candidate tracking.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in recruitment for IT, BFSI, or domain-specific industries is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
