Job description We are looking for a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor who can take full responsibility for the CNC section and ensure smooth execution of production, maintenance, and operations . The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership qualities, and a proactive attitude to streamline CNC processes and optimize output. Key Responsibilities: Manage Complete CNC Section: Oversee daily operations of all CNC machines, including production planning, scheduling, and execution. Team Handling: Supervise CNC operators, allocate work as per skill and shift, monitor performance, and ensure workforce discipline. Production Monitoring: Ensure achievement of production targets, minimize machine idle time, and optimize machine utilization. Tooling & Programming: Review and approve CNC programs (G & M codes), tool selection, and setup parameters to maintain product quality and productivity. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely upkeep and servicing of CNC machines to reduce downtime. Quality Control: Ensure dimensional and visual inspection of components as per drawings and quality standards; take corrective actions where required. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues during machining, including tool wear, surface finish problems, and machine faults. Process Improvements: Suggest and implement continuous improvement initiatives in machining methods, cycle time reduction, and cost control. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain production reports, downtime logs, tool usage, and shift handover records. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, 5S, and company SOPs in the CNC section. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in CNC operations and production team handling. Strong knowledge of CNC programming, G & M codes, and tool selection. Experience in production planning, preventive maintenance, and team leadership. Familiar with quality standards, drawings, and machining tolerances. Roles & Responsibilities:- * The primary role of an Admission Counsellor is to convince and enrol students in our courses. * Admission Counsellor mainly aims towards the sales & marketing of institute’s products or courses. * The major role of the Admission Counsellor is to cater to all the inquiries (Tele or Visit) who are enquiring about the courses, pitching them the right course after conducting a need analysis, and ultimately convincing them so that they can take admission in our institute. * To achieve billing, collection & mentioned conversion targets (Tele to Visit) & (visit to Admission). * Providing information about various courses to the students and guiding them about the best course which will be suitable for them. * Regular follow-ups with pending inquiries through calling/emails and other sources. * Keep track of inquiries from from various modes like emails, telephone, and direct inquiries and maintain the record of the same registers/software / spread sheets so that feedback can be taken. * Tele-calling to different data for increasing walk-ins. * To make sure the entire SOPs of all the departments are maintained and also handling CRM.
