PMS: l Proper KRA & KPI is to be defined for every employees & to be documented. l Ensure timely of PMS within agreed process guidelines, Provide guidance to appraiser for consistent of Goal setting, performance review & feedback. l TO monitor & review Performance Review Form to be initiated before the PMS cycle. l Coordinate with Unit Head and Functional Heads in the PMS process of finalizing reward and distribution of appraisal letters l Conduct skip level meetings and ensure spirit of the meeting is maintained l Assisting carried out employee satisfaction survey as assigned Training & Development: l Department wise Training matrix to be prepared. l Identify the Training needs for all departments. l To planning a Training Calendar. l Training Execution & Training Feedback. l To monitor & review Training Records. l Organizing Coaching & counselling from enteral & external for staff employees l To prepare various Committee meeting calendar as required monthly/quarterly. l Set a Target 24 Man hours training for each employee.
