The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom or service center. Understand customer needs and guide them through vehicle-related services and processes. Manage customer follow-ups, feedback, and satisfaction surveys. Coordinate with the sales and service departments to ensure timely updates to customers. Handle customer complaints and resolve queries professionally. Assist in maintaining showroom cleanliness, display arrangement, and a customer-friendly environment. Promote after-sales services, accessories, and AMC packages. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automobile industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in Odia & Hindi preferred; basic English desirable). Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools). Pleasant personality and presentable appearance. Education: Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, or any bachelor's degree preferred).
