Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Jewellery collections.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients.
  • Ensure effective execution of promotions, discounts, and special offers.

2. Customer Service & Experience

  • Provide an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
  • Train the sales team on customer handling, etiquette, and product knowledge.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions align with Sonani Jewels brand image.

3. Sales Team Management

  • Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques and Jewellery trends.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Schedule and allocate tasks to optimize staff productivity.

4. Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on product details, pricing, and unique selling points.
  • Train staff on the latest Jewellery trends and technical aspects.
  • Ensure that product displays and visual merchandising meet brand standards.

5. Business Development & CRM

  • Develop and maintain a customer database for follow-ups and retention.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute local store promotions.
  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients for bulk orders.
  • Implement customer loyalty programs and referral initiatives.

6. Sales Reporting & Store Operations

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare reports.
  • Analyze sales trends and suggest improvements.
  • Work closely with inventory and operations teams to ensure product availability.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Retail, or a related field.
  • MBA in Sales/Retail/Luxury Management is a plus.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or luxury retail.
  • Skills:
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Leadership and team management experience.
    • Deep understanding of luxury retail and customer behavior.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Sales target achievement (individual & team).
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Conversion rate and average transaction value.
  • Sales team performance and productivity.
  • Store footfall and customer engagement.
