* Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels. Coordinate with the production and procurement teams to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
* Sales Forecasting: Predict future sales to inform production and purchasing decisions, ensuring the right products are available at the right time.
* Supplier Relations: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers. Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure high-quality products at competitive prices.
* Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies that balance profitability with customer demand. Regularly review and adjust pricing based on market conditions.
* Promotion Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities, sales events, and new product launches.
* Product Display: Ensure that jewelry is displayed attractively and effectively in retail environments and online platforms. Work with visual merchandisers to create appealing displays.
* Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance and analyze data to identify trends, best-sellers, and underperforming products. Adjust strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
* Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements, new product development, and overall merchandising strategies.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
* Previous experience in merchandising, preferably within the jewelry industry.
* Strong understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and retail strategies.
* Proficiency in merchandising software and tools.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creative flair for product presentation and display.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
