Product Development & Planning: * Conduct thorough market research and trend analysis to identify new product opportunities and gaps in the existing collection. * Collaborate with the design team to develop new collections and individual pieces, providing insights on commercial viability, material availability, and cost-effectiveness. * Develop and manage product calendars, ensuring timely completion of design, sampling, and production phases. * Create detailed product specifications, including material breakdowns, dimensions, and finishing requirements. * Assist in the selection of raw materials, gemstones, and components, considering quality, cost, and ethical sourcing. 2.
