Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Customer Service · Greet customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable jewelry. · Drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and achieving daily & monthly targets. · Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions by explaining jewelry details. · Handle high-value transactions with professionalism and trust-building. 2. Store Operations & Inventory Management · Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in stock counting and security. · Ensure proper jewellery display and adherence to brand merchandise standards. · Assist in billing, order processing, and handling exchange/return requests. 3. CRM & Client Relationship Management · Maintain and update customer records for follow-ups and repeat business. · Provide after-sales support and personalized recommendations. · Engage with VIP clients and handle special/customized orders. 4. Team Support & Training · Assist junior sales associates with sales techniques and customer handling. · Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to enhance sales performance.
