Job Description

Job Overview:
We are looking for motivated and technically skilled L1 IT Support Engineers to join our on-site support team for a reputed client in Chennai. The ideal candidate should be comfortable providing hands-on support for desktops, laptops, and basic hardware, and must be open to traveling across various client sites in the city.Key Responsibilities:Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, and basic IT hardware.Respond to and resolve a minimum of 4 tickets per day.Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.Coordinate with Level 2/3 support teams for escalations.Maintain logs and documentation of work performed.Ensure timely resolution of issues as per SLA.Travel to different client locations across Chennai as required. Must have two wheeler and driving licence.Required Skills:Good understanding of desktop/laptop hardware.Basic knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office troubleshooting.Familiarity with networking basics (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration).Ability to diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
