Job Requirement:
· Sourcing relevant candidate proles through various channels like Job Portals, LinkedIn, indeed etc. and also using company local database
· Have good sourcing skills using Boolean Search Strings, have necessarily worked on hiring through LinkedIn etc.
· Should have good negotiation skills to convince candidates to agree on best pay terms and onboard them as per agreed timelines
· Able to provide the market intelligence with data and metrics.
· Must have good spoken and written communication skills
· Must have worked in APAC / ANZ IT Technical hiring
Experience Level - 2 to 5 years
