IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical roles (developers, engineers, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and referrals
Screen, evaluate, and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Coordinate with hiring managers and follow up through each stage of the process
Ensure closures within defined timelines

Desired Candidate Profile:

1 - 3 years of experience in
IT recruitment
(in-house or consultancy)
Good understanding of
technical skills, IT roles, and recruitment processes
Proficient in sourcing tools and platforms
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Must be
available to work onsite
at our
Gurgaon office (Sector 49)
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
