IT Recruiter

Position: Junior Recruiter

Experience: 1–2 years

Industry: IT Recruitment / Staffing / Consulting

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate database and trackers.
• Coordinate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements.
• Follow up with candidates for documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on recruitment status.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment, staffing, or consultancy.
• Good knowledge of sourcing through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Basic understanding of IT roles and skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Working Days: Monday–Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday Off)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
