Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven IT Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent across various IT domains, while ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full cycle of IT recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Understand client requirements and deliver qualified candidates within defined timeframes.
• Source candidates through various platforms: job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit (technical and cultural).
• Maintain and update the recruitment database regularly.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and technical panels to schedule and track interview progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR or IT-related preferred).
• 0.6–3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (in-house or consultancy).
• Good knowledge of technologies, job roles, and IT terminologies.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), and ATS.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Good to Have:

• Experience in both domestic and international IT recruitment.
• Prior exposure to technical screening or coordination with tech panels.
• Understanding of visa/work authorization processes (for international hiring).
