Job Description :

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment
  • Source candidates using job portals & social media (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases
  • Assist with onboarding activities

What We’re Looking For:

  • completed any degree or HR/MBA or related field
  • Strong communication & coordination skills
  • Eager to learn and grow in the HR domain
  • Familiarity with job portals is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
