IT Asset Management (Hardware, Software & Licenses): Evaluate, procure, and manage IT hardware, software & license requirements. Ensure compatibility, cost-efficiency, and scalability of technology purchases. IT Administration: Administering and managing mail infrastructure, including user provisioning, group management, security configurations, policy enforcement, and issue resolution. Administrating systems & various licenses- Data Backup, Antivirus, MS office, Audit tools, etc. Oversee & monitor support ticket management process, through helpdesk platforms. IT Audit & Compliance: Conduct and manage internal IT audits across all branches to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Developing and implementing IT policies and infrastructure in alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. Identify and mitigate technology risks through regular reviews and controls. Cybersecurity: Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and best practices across the organization. Monitor, assess, and respond to potential threats, vulnerabilities, and breaches. Requirements: 5–8 years of experience in IT management, with experience in a leadership role. Experience of working in a large Charted Accountancy or Consulting firm. Strong knowledge of IT systems, network infrastructure, storage solutions, and enterprise-level backup processes. Proven experience in conducting internal IT audits and ensuring cybersecurity compliance. Solid understanding of enterprise hardware and software procurement practices. Experience in managing IT across multiple geographic locations. Excellent team-management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience: (In Years) Min 5 Max 8 Skills: Infrastructure Management Vendor Development & Management Change Management Project Management Business Process Improvement Disaster Recovery Planning Facility & License Management Education Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Certifications such as ITIL, CISM, CISSP, or similar will be an added advantage.
