IT -Infra Support Executive ( Bihar)

Key Responsibilities: To monitor implementation and administration of all Information Technology assets To trouble shoot and resolve network related issues, Hardware, PCs problems and Printer issues. Upgrades machines and ensure protection of individual assets from Virus, Malwares and Trojans and blocking of external media/drives Ensure timely and accurate delivery of information technology products and services To manage multiple areas of technology and multiple departments To oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancement To manage internal, external application upgrades To define and improve all the system and network operations process To manage external vendor relationships and services To troubleshoot problems, systems security threats deadlines and budget issues To keep up with new and developing technology To implement network designs To install and upgrade software and hardware as and when required To ensure system security and troubleshoot computer issues Ensure all Calls logged by Users/Customers are resolved within TAT and updated in Ticketing system in timely manner Maintaining Class logs and identify repeating problems at Physical points, Users issues and Customer Issues to reporting managers and work along with reporting manager to provide a permanent resolution Responsible to educate users on how to use technology/IT assets with care and necessary Precaution Ensure all End points of IT assets under them are protected and secured as per IT policies Manging and record maintenance of all IT assets under their jurisdiction Antivirus upgrades, trouble shooting of Switches/Routers and firewall. Assist central team in L2/L3 level issue resolution from Offsite, if any required IT asset tracking Ensure that all IT assets are tagged and tracked. Soft Skills: Good communication skill and ability to speak in Local language and fluency in English Good documentation and email skills Professional behaviour Go getter and Self starter Good Team building and managing experience Team player Weekly and monthly Report preparation Ability to manage distributed team across different locations and States Experience around 6-8 years max (Key consideration would be skills and knowledge along with practical working experience) Qualifications: BCA, MCA, B.Tech, BSc-IT, Polytechnic Diploma, Computer Hardware and Network Diploma with Certifications. Additional Information: Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Healthcare IT (CHIME, CPHIMS) is a plus.
