Location: Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Indore

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager / Development Lead to join our fast-paced startup environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.
You will oversee the development of mobile, web, and backend applications, ensuring high-quality code and efficient delivery.

Qualifications and Skillset

12+ years of experience in software development and engineering management.
Proven experience in .Net / C#, Graph QL , Core Entity Framework & Azure.
Proven experience in leading development teams in a startup environment.
Strong understanding of mobile, web, and backend development.
Proficiency in agile methodologies and scrum practices.
Excellent code review and debugging skills.
Ability to propose and implement design improvements.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Ability to run and verify applications locally.
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Mandatory Skills:

Mandatory:
.NET + Azure PaaS + good technical project management experience
Good to have:
GraphQL, mobile experience
