Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management of factory construction projects from concept and design through to handover and commissioning. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities. Monitor site activities to ensure alignment with design specifications, safety regulations, and project milestones. Manage procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services in collaboration with the procurement team. Ensure all construction activities adhere to legal guidelines and health & safety standards. Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, changes, and issues. Manage contract negotiation, documentation, and close-out processes.

Payroll Management Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and timely. Maintain employee records related to attendance, leaves, bonuses, and deductions. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, and professional tax. Coordinate with finance/accounts for salary disbursements. Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve discrepancies. Issue Monthly Pay slip HR Administration Maintain and update employee databases, HRIS systems, and personnel files. Prepare and issue HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and experience certificates. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes. Handle day to day Admin activities Managing housekeeping activities Arrangements for VIP visits. Oversee office administration tasks including vendor coordination, asset management, and stationery inventory. Ensure adherence to company policies and HR compliance. Recruitment . Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms. Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct initial HR rounds. Manage candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. Coordinate onboarding and induction of new hires.

Thorough knowledge on Direct and Indirect Tax (GST) and handling Day to day Tax matters Experience on Transfer pricing reporting Hand on experience on GST audits, Tax audit , TP audits and other regulatory audits Represented to the Appellate level CA with 8 + Years of experience in Taxation field in Manufacturing industry

Ensure all quality control procedures are documented and adhered to throughout the manufacturing process. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Manage, mentor, and develop the quality control team, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and career development. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Oversee and coordinate quality control testing and inspection processes, including raw material, in-process, and final product inspections. Collaborate with customers to understand their quality requirements and address quality-related concerns. Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution through effective problem-solving and communication. Creation and implementation of quality concepts, work and process instructions Drive completion of APQP and PPAP processes to obtain customer approval. FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and Control Plan processes. Develop and maintain strong trust-based relationships with customers, serving as the main point of contact for all quality-related matters.
