Job Title: IT Hiring Lead Location : Kajaguda, Hyderabad Job Type : Full-Time Experience : 5+ Years Preferred Industry : IT Recruitment & Staffing Work Timings : Monday to Saturday Domain Exposure : SAP (preferred) We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Recruitment Lead to join our fast-growing startup. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy, building a high-performing hiring engine, and nurturing a recruitment culture that aligns with startup agility, innovation, and team development. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for various technical roles across different levels. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the Indian IT job market, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Own and drive end-to-end IT recruitment across various technologies and domains, aligned with startup pace and culture. Understand job descriptions, technical requirements, and client needs to attract and engage the right talent effectively. Source candidates through diversified channels including job portals (Naukri, Monster), LinkedIn, referrals , and internal databases. Conduct initial screenings , assess technical and behavioural competencies , and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain structured candidate pipelines , ensuring accurate tracking of interviews, feedback, and hiring status. Lead salary negotiations and ensure strong candidate relationship management throughout the hiring journey. Cultural Integration : Understand and adapt to startup dynamics, champion a people-first approach, and build a hiring process aligned with junior talent expectations and growth paths. Strategic Workforce Planning : Work closely with founders and department heads to anticipate talent needs and identify process gaps in the recruitment lifecycle and implement scalable improvements. Mentor Recruiters : Coach and guide junior recruiters to build sourcing capabilities, drive ownership, and improve recruitment quality. Process Innovation : Optimize and evolve hiring processes, implement tools, and establish strong performance metrics. Leverage SAP Experience : Use domain knowledge in SAP to better understand technical requirements and spot high-potential candidates for ERP and related tech roles.
