Job Description

Supervising subordinates
Coordinating software implementation and upgrades
Determining IT budget and equipment needs
Ensuring systems security
Developing and implementing IT strategy
Managing budgets and other resources
Providing technical consultation and support in enterprise systems

Requirements and skills

Network Management: LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls.
System Administration: Windows, Linux/Unix OS, Active Directory, server management.
Database Knowledge: Basic knowledge of SQL, MySQL, Oracle, or other DBMS.
Cybersecurity: Antivirus management, data protection, basic risk assessment.
Hardware Troubleshooting: PCs, printers, servers, and mobile devices.
Cloud Services: Familiarity with platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Backup and Recovery: Data backup tools and disaster recovery planning.
