Description We are seeking a skilled IT Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with 3-5 years of experience in IT support and a passion for delivering high-quality service to our users. Responsibilities Manage and maintain IT infrastructure and systems. Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot IT issues. Implement and oversee IT projects and upgrades. Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role. Proficiency in network administration and troubleshooting. Experience with Windows/Linux server environments. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
