We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented engineer to join our Integration Automation Operations team. You will be responsible for supporting the daily health, performance, and stability of our integration (Workato) and automation (Power Automate) platforms. You will be responsible for monitoring workflows, resolving incidents, and driving continuous improvement across mission-critical systems. Your work will help surface key operational insights, reduce recurring issues, and ensure seamless automation delivery.
